BLACK CODE – is an abstract 3D sculpture, a hybrid, genuine organism,
that appears and vanishes in its own transforming and vivid movement.

It is programmed with an experimental AI,
transforming the structure of an original abstract painting into a 3D object.

The digital shapes of the sculpture define the organism
inside its own and unique movement.

The name “Black Code” symbolizes its origins,
a monochrome black and white abstract painting,
which is a merge of different materials and techniques.
Painted with black shadows in carbon and graphite,
the white forms appear through the viewers perception.

“Black Code” as a universe of possibilities,
in which the organic movement form its way to become an abstract,
yet living solid object.

With its glossy and vivid shade the piece
resembles a reptile-like organism, whose surface is as transformable as its body.

A unique number code is embedded inside the sculptures parameters,
inside its location, rotation and scale.

The organism is designed to be a figure of an endless variety of transformations,
continuously being exposed to digital variation and endless transformation.
