The chair is an exact copy
of the medieval chair from a
German museum inside a castle
near Koblenz. The drawings
are from a different
time periods, presented
under a plastic glass,
with the possibility
to replace or to change them.

This sculpture is the result
of three different inspirations.
First of all as an artist
I am a Drawer.
Constantly drawing anytime,
anywhere, anything.
Places, spaces, faces,
ideas, people, plants,
caricatures, and anything crazy.

This particular chair
was a draft I made by observing
a wooden chair, that was exhibited
in a medieval museum.
Many years ago, I copied
the parameters of the chair
in a drawing and kept it for many years.

The diverse drawings and sketches,
were all over. To frame them
would be another boring thing.
I was in the constant search
of a unique presentation of these drawings.
And this is how the two ideas merged together.
